All USER CONTENT posted on or transfted from you are solely your own responsibility. You understand that DEU does not have control and not responsible, nor pre-screen or approve to any USER CONTENT. DEU does not sell your information to any third parties, but DEU shall have the right to, in its sole discretion, to view, edit, delete and/or move any UESR CONTENT that is suspected, violate the TOU, been reported, by anyone, to DEU. DEU is not responsible to any UESR CONTENT that is/are deleted, edited, moved, lost and/or damged.

DEU stores a "cookie" in your computer system that contains your current session id while navigating the site. The "cookie" get destoryed in either a month, or when you clicked the "log out" button. For security purpose, "log out" whenever you exit DEU. We collect any abusive, offensive, illegal, unlawful and/or any USER CONTENT that against the TOU that had been suspected, reported from anyone to DEU. We will NEVER EVER sell your E-mail or any personal information to any third parties. DEU may, in its sole discretion, preserve or disclose and USER CONTENT, as well as your IP address and/or but not limited to E-mail, if requried to do so by law, to comply with the legal process.

Any USER CONTENT is protected to the maximum extend by the copy right law. You agree not to copy, reproduce, sell and/or exploit for any commercial purposes to any content and/or any USER CONTENT in DEU, unless authorize by the person or group which the content and/or USER content orginated
